The Power of Love (A Message to My Followers)

VALENTINE'S DAY! What better way to celebrate the deliciousness of chocolate? And pink glitter. And paper hearts with tape on the back so you can stick them on people and run off laughing maniacally. Wait, these things are what Valentine's Day celebrates, right?

Uh-oh. I'm getting a report it's about something else. It's about... love. Specifically, between couples. Of young age, in fit physical shape, sitting in expensive restaurants. (Possibly making out via spaghetti.)

PSH. Screw that!

Okay, okay, it can be about love. We can give it that. But how about, instead of just making it about physically-fit couple love... we also make it about love for friends? And family? And books and writing? And Cee-Lo's outfit at the Grammys? And, of course, most notably... blog/Twitter followers?

Yes. Regardless of the day, or whether or not we are in an expensive restaurant, I have this message to give y'all, my absolutely awesome and fantastic followers and friends: I love you guys. It's true! JUST LOOK AT MY* EYES AND TELL ME IT'S NOT TRUE:

*Animal representation of me

Legit, though, here's to the all-encompassing power of love on this Valentine's Day. If I could eat an expensive plate of spaghetti over candlelight with all of you, I would. (Accidental make-out may or may not occur.) Who or what do you love? P.S. Congrats to fabulous follower and friend Cory Jackson on her book deal for her novel If I Lie! DEETS here!
